As for GTA any customer service goes to, [removed], their support and forums, mostly forums since their tickey system been down.
The email contact, you gave, is for business inquiries- localization and payment service.
So how come you arent 100% true yourself?
For r2 and gta, more or less all answers lies with in terms of service, rest are handled through support and forums in that matter.No matter how much player like it or dont like it.
+ The system was made by the devs so unless you join their team, and be voulounteer to do all things fixage, i doubt something will change with this matter.
And where are the evidences of mods not telling truth?
